Emanuelson, 30, formerly with Ajax, Milan, Roma and Fulham, was without a club after leaving Italian side Hellas Verona last June 30, reports Efe.
The Amsterdam-born player, who can play in all positions of the left lane, was in Ajax youth academy before joining Milan in January 2011.
After two years at Milan, where he played 75 games, Emanuelson came to Fulham on loan, before returning to Serie A, first with Roma and then with Hellas Verona.
Emanuelson has been capped 16 times with the Dutch national team.
