Berlin, Sep 1 (IANS) Chinese technology company Lenovo unveiled some new devices including the Yoga Book, Yoga 910 and Miix 510 as well as Moto Z Play at the IFA's consumer electronics and home appliances trade show in Berlin.
Lenovo Yoga Book is a 2-in-1 tablet designed for enhanced user productivity, features 10.1-inch IPS full-HD screen, Dolby Atmos sound, 64GB of memory and has two panels that open up like an ultra-thin notebook.
The tablet is also equipped with Halo keyboard that constantly "learns about and adapts to" typing habits of its user, with built-in prediction and artificial learning software.
The keyboard lacks any physical keys, showing up as a solid white outline on the Yoga Book's second panel only when it is needed.
"We believe our unique design will offer tablet, 2-in-1 and traditional notebook buyers a first-of-its-kind option for evolving usage trends," said Jeff Meredith, Vice President and General Manager, Android and Chrome Computing, Lenovo, in a statement.
With Yoga 910 convertible laptop and Yoga Tab 3 Plus Android tablet, Lenovo has expanded its multimode Yoga family.
The upgraded Yoga 910 now comes with the choice of a 4K or full-HD screen, features a near edgeless display that offers 10 per cent more screen area, a 14 per cent increase in pixel density compared to the previous model for sharper, clearer images.
The Yoga Tab 3 Plus offers a 10.1-inch 2K display with Technicolor Colour Enhance, Dolby Atmos three dimensional sound from four front-facing JBL speakers and four separate viewing modes.
The Yoga Tab 3 Plus comes equipped with 9,300mAh battery, offering over 18 hours of life.
Miix 510 is the latest Windows detachable that gives you a keyboard when you want it, and the freedom to leave it behind when you are on the go.
Miix 510 weighs 880 grams (without the keyboard), sports a 12.2-inch touch screen and has up to 1TB of storage.
Lenovo also unveiled Moto Z Play, a 5.5-inch HD Super AMOLED display smartphone and a Hasselblad True Zoom Moto Mod to enhance your smartphone photography experience.
Moto Z Play is powered by 2.0GHz octa-core processor paired up with 3GB of RAM and a 16MP laser autofocus camera along with a front-facing camera with LED flash.
The IFA's consumer electronics and home appliances event will run from September 2-7.
