Sumit Thakran, 21, Rahul Kumar, 21, and Sunil Sehrawat, 20, all residents of Delhi, were arrested in separate operations on Friday night.
Thakran, who initially worked as a driver before taking to crime, was arrested from west Delhi's Bawana area where he visited on Friday night around 8 p.m.
"Sumit Thakran disclosed his involvement in the crime and also the details of his other two accomplices (Rahul and Sunil) who were subsequently held from their residences in the city in an overnight operation," Deputy Commissioner of Police (Special Cell) Pramod Singh Kushwah said.
The accused shot dead constable Anand Singh on August 19 near Samosa Chowk, Sector-5 in west Delhi's Shahbad Dairy area.
"Having no gainful occupation, they wanted to earn quick money by committing a spate of robberies. Just two days after killing constable Anand, the accused again committed a daring robbery at a Mother Dairy booth in Begumpur area in west Delhi," the officer said.
He also said over 100 CCTV cameras found functioning in the area covering the spot of the incident were analysed during the investigation.
The officer added that the accused are involved in several cases of murder, attempt to murder, robbery and snatching.
