All-party delegation to be sent to Kashmir for talks: Rajnath

Srinagar, Aug 25 (IANS) Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Thursday said here that an all-party delegation will travel to Jammu and Kashmir soon to hold talks on how to end problems in the troubled state.
