As part of a three-year strategic partnership, IBM will provide Cloud and predictive analytics-based multi-channel campaign management solution that will enable Indusind bank to strengthen its online banking presence.
"The financial services sector is constantly looking at innovative marketing methods to enhance customer outreach," said Sachin Seth, Executive Director (Banking and Financial Services), IBM India SouthAsia, in a statement.
Data analytics have been used to gauge customer behaviour from call centres, branch locations, website, mobile app and ATMs.
"The partnership with IBM helps us leverage their market leading UNICA analytics platform as well as their proven expertise in technology delivery," added Sameer Gupta, Head, Personal Banking and Decision Sciences, Indusind Bank.
