Sunny Saturday morning in Delhi

New Delhi, Aug 20 (IANS) It was a sunny and clear Saturday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 27.6 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average.

"The skies will remain cloudy towards afternoon with possibilities of rain during the day," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 34 degrees Celsius.

Humidity at 8.30 a.m was recorded at 79 per cent.

Friday's maximum and minimum temperature was recorded normal for the season's average at 34.4 degrees Celsius and at 26.4 degrees Celsius respectively.
