The people of Hyderabad saw a very fun and interesting evening on Independence Day at Inorbit Mall. Red FM 93.5 had a unique way of celebrating our cultural diversity. With the underlying message being Unity in Diversity, they had several performances, each representing one state of India. While the Assamese community had an authentic performance with live Dhol and music, the Malayalee community showcased their Tiruvaadira dance form. Odissi, Bengali, Kuchipudi and Kathak were performed by kids and were very traditional and stuck to the roots of the dance form.
A tollywood touch was given to this cultural evening by the tollywood singers Ramya Behara, Damini and Mounima who sang songs from Baahubali, Roja and Bhramotsavam.
The evening had a starry addition to it when Adi, the hero of Chuttalabbayi joined them along with his team. Also, the hero of Pellichoopulu, Vijay Devarakonda ended the evening with a speech about how he loved being in India.
Red FM always has interesting events which are out of the box and this event just added a feather to their already full cap.
