Rajya Sabha records 100% productivity, Lok Sabha 110%: Naqvi

New Delhi, Aug 12 (IANS) While the Lok Sabha posted performance wise productivity in the monsoon session of 111 per cent, the Rajya Sabha achieved 100 per cent, Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said on Friday.

"I am happy that in monsoon session, productivity in Rajya Sabha was about 100 per cent and for Lok Sabha it was about 111 per cent," Naqvi, who is Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs, said in a series of tweets.

Monsoon Session was "productive" thanks to all parties and members for their "constructive" support, Naqvi tweeted.

In the monsoon session, fruitful discussions were held on important issues like price rise, floods, Kashmir, education, he said.
