Los Angeles, Aug 7 (PTI) Actor Luke Evans has joined the cast of indie drama "State Like Sleep", which also stars Katherine Waterston and Michael Shannon.
Meredith Danluck is on board to write and direct the picture, reported Variety.
It revolves around the basic need for human connection and love.
Evans, 37, will play the sleazy owner and operator behind the mysterious club Lebellfleur. It is essentially a secret high class gentleman's club that a woman thinks holds the answers to her husband's death.
Production has started in Toronto.
