According to the company, its total sales for the last month stood at 55,807 units -- up from 50,411 units sold in the corresponding month of 2015.
The automobile manufacturer's domestic sales grew by 12.9 per cent to 41,201 units, from 36,503 units sold during the like period of last year.
Exports during last month rose by five per cent to 14,606 units from 13,908 units shipped out during July 2015.
"Hyundai continues to sustain strong growth trajectory, volume of 41,201 units with growth of 12.9 per cent on the strength of strong pull performance of Grand i10, Elite i20 and Creta in a market showing improved customer sentiments led by good monsoons, low inflation, reduced interest rates and dropping fuel prices," said Rakesh Srivastava, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, HMIL.
