Los Angeles, July 31 (IANS) Stars Rosamund Pike, Daniel Bruhl and Vincent Cassel are in negotiations to star in a hijacking drama tentatively titled "Entebbe".
If their deals close, Pike and Bruhl will play German terrorists in the movie, based on the 1976 hijacking of an Air France plane headed from Tel Aviv to Paris, reports variety.com.
A total of 248 hostages were held at the Entebbe Airport in Uganda and rescued by Israeli forces. The plane was hijacked by two members each from a radical Palestinian group and a German outfit.
"RoboCop" director Jose Padilha will direct the project from a script by Greg Burke.
