Marseille sign Swansea striker Gomis on loan

Marseille, July 29 (IANS) French football club Marseille announced on Friday that Swansea City's French striker Bafetimbi Gomis has completed the move on a season-long loan.

The 30-year-old joined Swansea from Lyon in 2014, scoring 13 goals in 64 appearances for the English Premier League club, reports Xinhua.

Gomis made his France debut in 2008, scoring three goals in 12 appearances. He was also part of his country's squad at that year's European Championship but has not played for France since 2013.
