The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 33 and 28 degrees Celsius, respectively.
A weather official told IANS that Monday started with bright sun and later became partially cloudy and traces of rains were seen at some locations in the city but it could not bring down the humidity which oscillated between 89 and 66 per cent.
The Palam observatory received 0.8 mm rain while 6.9 mm rain was recorded at Ridge observatory, the weatherman said.
The minimum temperature was recorded at 28.3 degree Celsius, a notch above the season's average.
Sunday's maximum and minimum temperatures settled at 35 and 28.4 degrees Celsius, each one notch above the seasons's average, respectively.
