The 25-year-old singer has suffered a turbulent few years, including a dispute with her former record label Roc Nation and a public split from Scottish DJ Calvin Harris. She admits her experiences have changed her completely, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"I guess I don't trust so many people. I'm a very open person. I love very hard. So if I trust someone, I trust you until you prove me wrong basically," Ora told Britain's Grazia magazine.
"And yeah, it's never a nice feeling if you believe in something and it gets destroyed," she added.
However, Ora has maintained her faith in some people and kept her belief her career would get back on track, which she thinks helped her through her difficult period.
"It is a very important thing to keep a core team, a trusting and loyal team. And I guess to stay focussed, there will always be another party," she added.
The former "The X Factor" judge admits she never expected to go through so much upheaval at this point in her life.
"I have gone through things personally and professionally. I've dealt with battles I never thought I'd have to deal with at 25," she said.
