Mumbai, July 22 (IANS) Actor Kayoze Irani, who shares screen space with his father Boman Irani in the film "The Legend of Michael Mishra", says Boman was a "professional co-worker" and still lent an entertaining vibe on the sets.

At an event here, Kayoze was asked about working with Boman.

He said: "Actually, it was very intimidating on day one. There is him, Arshad (Warsi) and Aditi (Rao Hydari), But it took exactly three hours for them to make me feel comfortable and by lunch time, we were laughing, joking and chatting to just make me feel comfortable."

"On set, my father maintained a professional, entertaining co-worker vibe."

Kayoze made his debut in Karan Johar's "Student of the Year" and then acted in "Youngistaan".

Kayoze said that for one of the songs "Ishq di gaadi" in "The Legend of Michael Mishra", he was extremely excited and kept asking about the dance steps after director Manish Jha made him hear the song.

But Kayoze has a fear of birds and his excitement related to the song vanished when he was told that he had to hold two pigeons for the song. Then, he jokingly said that he didn't want to do the song.

"The Legend of Michael Mishra" is releasing on August 5.

Abhay turns yoga guru, Ali a composer

Actors do funny things to add entertainment to Kapil Sharma's comedy show. The same happened when actor Abhay Deol turned yoga guru on the show, and Ali Fazal showcased his singing and composing skills.

During an appearance to promote the movie "Happy Bhag Jaayegi", Abhay revealed his love for yoga and a lady from the audience requested him to teach some asanas to her husband.

The actor, without a second thought, called the gentleman on stage and performed yoga with him. Watching them, Kapil too joined in and tried to emulate the asanas that Abhay was teaching, read a statement.

"Happy Bhag Jayegi", directed by Mudassar Aziz, also stars Diana Penty, Piyush Mishra and Momal Sheikh apart from Ali.

Ali made the most of the platform by composing a song impromptu. He broke into a jamming session along with the show's band.

A source from the set revealed that Ali was supposed to sing another song but instantaneously decided to go with his instinct and crooned an original track.

"Initially everyone thought that he was singing a song from his upcoming movie but he cleared the air by stating that it was a spontaneous composition. Everyone from the cast and crew couldn't stop raving about his composition and melodious voice."

"The actor jokingly mentioned about copywriting the song with Kapil's team," the source added.
