Goa is tentatively set to elect a new 40-seat assembly in early 2017.
"This time Kejriwal is expected to interact with youth groups, senior citizens, tribals and people affected by the ban on mining," AAP spokesman Rupesh Shinkre told the media.
Kejriwal visited the state first in May, when he announced the AAP's decision to contest the assembly polls, and then in June when he addressed a public meeting and had a series of interactions with people.
