Kabali Producer Kalaipuli Thanu approached Madras High Court to stop piracy

The makers of Superstar Rajinikanth’s ‘Kabali’ are leaving no stone untouched in making their film a grand success. Ahead of the movie release on 22nd of this month, Producer Kalaipuli Thanu approached Madras High Court to instruct all the Internet service providers in the state of Tamil Nadu to block all the websites which release the movie torrents and other pirated clips.

They are also chalking out a detailed plan to control offline piracy. ‘Kabali’ is going to have a record release in the Telugu States and Tamil Nadu as well. The Malayalam version of the film is releasing on July, 29th. The Tamil and Telugu version of the film is going to release in a record 400 screens in the USA alone. The makers are spending a whopping 40 Crore on the movie promotions and merchandise alone.
