Bolivia, who beat Panama on Monday, will face Jamaica and if the South Americans win they will finish Pool A in first place. This will also determine who they will play from Pool B in the play-offs at the weekend which, if they win, will allow them to advance to the Americas Zone Group 2 in 2017, reports Xinhua.
Federico Zeballos set the tone for Bolivia with his 6-2 and 6-4 triumph over Osmel Rivera in an hour-long match on Tuesday.
The second match was between Bolivia's Hugo Dellien and Cuba's William Dorantes. The Bolivian won 6-2 and 6-2 even though at one point it looked as if the match would go in favor of the Caribbean player.
Just like in Monday's matches against Panama, the two triumphs in singles allowed Bolivia's doubles team, Rodrigo Banzer and Alejandro Mendoza, to go onto the court with ease to face Yasier Estrada and Osmel Rivera. The Bolivian side won the doubles 6-2 and 6-1.
Also on Tuesday, in the same pool, Jamaica defeated Panama by 3-0.
