Raj Babbar appointed Congress chief in UP

New Delhi, July 12 (IANS) The Congress on Tuesday appointed actor-turned-politician Raj Babbar as the party chief in election-bound Uttar Pradesh.

The announcement was made by Congress general secretary Janardan Dwivedi.
