New Delhi, July 12 (IANS) Inclement weather on Tuesday forced 11 flights to be diverted from the Indira Gandhi International) airport here, sources said.
"A total of 11 flights were diverted from the IGI airport due to heavy rains. Out of the 11 flights -- nine were domestic, while two were international," airport sources said.
The airport handles around 1,000 flight operations per day.
