New Delhi, July 9 (IANS) It was a partly cloudy Saturday morning here with the minimum temperature recorded at 27.8 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the season.
"The sky will remain cloudy with rain or thundershowers likely to occur towards the evening," an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
According to the weather office, the day's maximum temperature is likely to hover around 35 degrees Celsius.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 77 percent, the official said.
Friday's maximum temperature settled two notches below the season's average at 35 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature was recorded at 29.8 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average.
