New Delhi, July 3 (IANS) President Pranab Mukherjee has extended his greetings and felicitations to the government and people of the United States on the Independence Day of the country on July 4.
"On behalf of the government and the people of India, and on my own behalf, it is with great pleasure that I extend warm greetings and felicitations to you and to the people of the United States of America on the occasion of your Independence Day," Mukherjee said in a message to his US counterpart Barack Obama.
Mukherjee also expressed satisfaction over the relations between the two countries.
