New Delhi, July 3 (IANS) It was a cloudy Sunday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 27.2 degrees Celsius, one notch below the season's average, the Met Office said.
The weather office has forecast thunderstorm with rain during the day.
"The sky will be generally cloudy. The city has received very light rainfall in the last 24 hours," an official at the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 31 degrees Celsius.
The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 86 per cent.
Saturday's minimum temperature was recorded at 24.4 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average while the maximum temperature settled at 30.2 degrees Celsius, seven notches below average for this time of the season.
