Barry Gibb to release solo album after 32 yrs

London, Jul 1 (PTI) Pop star Barry Gibb is all set to release his first solo album in 32 years.

Gibb, 69, the only surviving member of The Bee Gees, a pop music group formed in 1958, has collaborated with Columbia Records and will release his second LP, "In The Now" later this year, reported Femalefirst.

The "Stayin' Alive" hitmaker is excited for his upcoming LP release as it will be his first solo release since "Now Voyager" in 1984 and considers it as a "new chapter".

"This is a dream come true for me. It's a new chapter in my life. I always hoped one day that The Bee Gees would be with Columbia or indeed Sony so, it's a great joy for me to start again this way with such great people," Gibb said.
