Toronto, June 29 (IANS) Canada's main stock market in Toronto rebounded as crude oil prices showed signs of recovery after two days of losses.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's benchmark Standard & Poor's/TSX Composite Index gained 152.90 point, or 1.12 per cent, to close at 13,842.69 points on Tuesday, Xinhua news agency reported.
All of the TSX index's eight main sub-sectors were higher.
The Canadian dollar traded higher at $0.7672, compared with Monday's closing rate of $0.7649.
