Modi ‘positive’ about India’s NSG membership

New Delhi, June 27 (IANS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday said he was hopeful of India’s entry into the Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG), which was blocked by China last week.

“India has made efforts. Be it the UN Security Council or the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation or MTRC. It is not only this government. It is (the work) in continuity," Modi told TimesNow TV in an interview.

"I have full faith that now we have begun coordinated efforts too. The process has begun on a positive note. Everything has a rule."
