New Delhi, June 19 (IANS) It was a warm Sunday morning here with the minimum temperature recorded at 30.1 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average, the weather office said.
"The sky will remain partly cloudy. Light rains or thunderstorm are likely to occur in some areas towards evening or night," said an official of the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 39 degrees Celsius, the official said.
According to the weather office, the humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 65 per cent.
Saturday's maximum temperature settled at 39.5 degrees Celsius, season's average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 30.1 degree Celsius, two notches below the season's average.
