New Delhi, June 17 (IANS) Global high-value services provider Concentrix on Friday became the first Indian company and the first business process management (BPM) firm globally to earn the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 14001 certification for environmental stewardship.
New environmental management system standards -- known as ISO 14001 -- were released in September 2015.
"Were extremely proud to be the first company in our industry to receive this certification and it is one more example of our thought leadership and innovation, said Concentrix President Chris Caldwell in a statement.
Concentrix recently made its business intelligence and reporting (BIR) services available in India to address worries that major companies in every industry have over data that fails to provide real-time insights for taking action.
The services work on tailor-made analytics solutions across sectors such as banking, financial service and insurance, automobiles, retail, healthcare and travel.
Concentrix is committed to care for the environment and contribute towards the creation of a better future for our planet," added Ravinder Rana, Country General Manager, India, Concentrix.
