Mumbai, June 16 (IANS) Filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri has planned to make a film on the judicial system and he says it's on the lines of the 1957 film "12 Angry Men".
Agnihotri, who will produce the film under his banner Telling Tales, told IANS: After 'Junooniyat', my next film will be on the judiciary system. It is like an adaptation of 12 Angry Men and I have adapted it in my own way."
The concept that he wants to push through the film is: "Whats the point of judiciary system in 2016 when its so slow?"
"The script is ready and I will start shooting this year and will release it next year," added Agnihotri.
This will be the first production under Telling Tales, which is formed by Agnihotri, his wife Pallavi Joshi and another associate.
Vivek also feels that by the time his film on the judicial system is released, there will be no censor board in the country.
I am sure by the time my film comes there will be no censor board, and there will be no censoring. The government is planning to abolish this (censorship) and they will only have certification.
For now, Agnihotri is looking forward to the release of his romantic drama Junooniyat on Friday.
