New Delhi, June 15 (IANS) It was a partly cloudy Wednesday morning here with the minimum temperature recorded at 30.5 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season's average, the weather office said.
"The sky will remain partly cloudy on Wednesday. Light rains or thunderstorm are likely to occur towards morning or 4.00 p.m.," said an official of the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 38 degrees Celsius, the official said.
According to the weather office, the humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 51 per cent.
Tuesday's maximum temperature settled at 36.3 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 26 degree Celsius, one notch below the season's average.
