Harare, June 4 (IANS) Zimbabwean medium-pacer Taurai Muzarbani has been named as replacement for Tinashe Panyangara, who was ruled out of the upcoming limited overs series against India due to a back injury.
Team physio Anesu Mupotaringa advised Panyangara to consult a neurologist after the pacer complained of lower back pain on his right side during a recently held camp.
Top order batsman Hamilton Masakadza, who was sacked as skipper after a below par show at the World Twenty20, retained his place in both the One-Day International (ODI) and T20I sides with leg-spinner Graeme Cremer leading both the sides.
The ODIs will be played from June 11 to 15 and the T20s will be played from June 18 to 22 at the Harare Sports Club here.
