New Delhi, June 3 (IANS) After creating a niche space in the Indian smartphone market, the Chinese internet and ecosystem conglomerate LeEco may unveil its e-commerce platform in India.
According to the company, it may unveil LeMall -- its official e-commerce platform -- during the mega event slated to be held in the capital on June 8.
First launched in China in 2013, LeMall is now available in the US and Hong Kong. The product range includes smartphones, 'Smart' TVs, reverse in-ear headphones, all-metal earphones, Leme Bluetooth headphones and Bluetooth speakers, among others.
LeEco is also slated to roll out two next-generation "superphones" at the event titled "2Future."
Launched in China in April, the "superphones" come equipped with PDAF (phase detection auto focus) feature that enables fast focusing on the image.
While Le 2 has a 16MP PDAF primary camera, Le Max2 comes with 21MP camera with a unique OIS feature for best shots.
LeEco launched its virtual reality (VR) headset LeVR COOL 1 in December last year.
Recently, the company launched its second generation of phones and concept "Super Car" in Beijing.
