Metz, June 3 (IANS) Manchester United forward Anthony Martial believes star Swedish hitman Zlatan Ibrahimovic would add valuable experience if he joins the English football club.
The Sweden captain on Wednesday had said he would only comment on his next club when he became tired of all the speculations.
The former Paris Saint-Germain forward scored 38 goals for the French giants in the recently concluded Ligue 1. The 34-year-old's contract with PSG ended at the end of the season. He has been heavily linked to United, AC Milan and Chelsea.
Martial, who is presently representing France, was asked on Friday if Uniteds new coach Jose Mourinho could lure Ibrahimovic to the outfit.
"We know that Mourinho is a great coach, one of the best in the world," Martial was quoted as saying by ESPNFC.
"If Zlatan was to come, it would be really good. He's a great striker, he will bring us experience."
The 20-year-old confirmed he is ready to play again after missing out France's 3-2 win over Cameroon on Monday because of a thigh problem.
