Chennai, May 30 (IANS) Non-banking finance company Sundaram Finance Ltd on Monday said it closed last fiscal with five percent increase in its net profit at Rs.477 crore.
In a regulatory filing in BSE, the company said it posted a net profit of Rs.477 crore last fiscal on a total income of Rs.2,312.44 crore as against a net profit of Rs.454 crore and income of Rs.2,253.84 crore posted for 2014-15.
Sundaram Finance also said that non-life insurer Royal Sundaram General Insurance Company Ltd became its subsidiary last fiscal.
