Lucknow, May 28 (IANS) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Saturday slammed the Uttar Pradesh (UP) government over the firing incident on retired Justice U.K.Dhawan's car late Friday night.

"Where is the law and order? The new campaign slogan of Akhilesh Yadav speaks of 'ab hain naye irade (I have new vision now)', is this the beginning of what the chief minister is hoping for?" asked BJP leader.
