Telugu Film Distributors Council Pressmeet About Puri Jagannath Loafer Movie Controversy
Some time back, director Puri Jagannadh filed a Police Complaint on the Lofar distributors . He said they have attacked him by demanding to compensate the losses of his last film ‘Loafer’. He even went on to say that they forged the film collections. However, the distributors totally rubbished his claims and challenged to prove them by attacking through the CCTV visuals at his office.
In a sudden twist of events, Puri the other day withdrew his complaint against the distributors – Abhishek Nama, Kaali Sudheer, and Ramdas Naidu. He also apologized to them. The distributors claim that it is now proved that a false complaint is filed on them. We are said that the issue is far from over, Kaali Sudheer who is out of the town is planning to file a defamation suit on the director and is waiting for the official document from the Police.
‘Loafer’ starring Varun Tej and Disha Patani went on to become a big disaster and adding to the woes of Puri Jagannadh who is without a proper hit for a very long time. C.Kalyan produced the film
