New Delhi, May 25 (IANS) It was a cloudy Wednesday morning here with the minimum temperature recorded at 27.4 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average, the weather office said.
"The sky will remain partly cloudy and rain/thundershower is likely to occur in some parts of Delhi and NCR region," said an official of the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 40 degrees Celsius, said the official.
The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 64 percent, he said.
Tuesday's maximum temperature settled at 35.4 degrees Celsius, four notches below the season's average, while minimum temperature was recorded at 23.1 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average.
