Tehran, May 21 (IANS) Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif on Saturday said the US and Europe must take practical steps to implement the nuclear deal dubbed the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
Zarif made the remarks at a joint press conference with his New Zealand counterpart Murray McCully, Xinhua news agency reported.
The countries involved in the nuclear talks and the concluding agreement with Iran have abided by their JCPOA commitments. But Iran expects more practical steps from them, Zarif said.
He urged the West to take steps to eliminate banking barriers and persuade international banks to cooperate further with Iran.
