New Delhi, May 18 (IANS) Panasonic India on Wednesday launched 2GB and 3GB RAM variants of its successful 4G LTE smartphone "ELUGA L2" with improved camera optics.
Both variants have 16GB internal memory and are expandable up to 32GB via micro-SD card. ELUGA L2 with 2GB RAM is available for Rs.7,990 and 3GB variant at Rs.8,990.
"With the launch of ELUGA I2 product variants, we are strengthening our product line-up for the distribution channel that we have created for nearly 300 districts in tier two and three cities," said Pankaj Rana, business head, Panasonic India, in a statement.
ELUGA L2 comes with 5-inch HD IPS display and weighs 132 grams.
Earlier, ELUGA L2 packed a 2MP front camera but now it comes with 5MP front camera with LED, along with 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash.
The dual SIM device supports 4G VoLTE (voice over LTE), WiFi, hotspot and Bluetooth.
The ELUGA L2 runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) operating system paired with Panasonic "Fit Home" user interface for single-hand operation with quick access to the applications.
"ELUGA L2" is powered by a 2000 mAh battery with optimised power management software ensuring longer operation.
