London, May 18 (PTI) Pop star Mariah Carey is so excited about her upcoming wedding to James Packer that she has called it "the most important thing that's ever happened" to her.
The 46-year-old singer will tie the knot for the third time later this year when she marries the billionaire businessman and she made the comments in a trailer for her new reality TV series "Mariah's World", which documents her world tour and preparation for the nuptials, reported Female First.
Although Carey, who was previously married to Tommy Mottola and Nick Cannon, the father of her five-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe, says she is happier than ever, she admitted her life hasn't always been charmed.
"I am not Cinderella. My life has not been a fairytale."
She pokes fun at her diva-reputation in the trailer, quipping, "I have a rule which states that I will not be seen on fluorescent lighting without sunglasses.
