London, May 17 (PTI) "Emmerdale" star Laura Norton has revealed that she has lost three stone (19 kgs) since she starred on the show.
Norton joined the soap in 2012 as loose cannon Kerry Wyatt and revealed the secret behind her weight loss has been giving up coke, reported Digital Spy.
"I stopped drinking coke. I was completely addicted to it. I was waking up in the middle of the night, craving coke.
Once I stopped, I lost a stone very quickly," she said.
"Then, moving out of Leeds meant I wasn't eating out as much. I also did some work with a personal trainer for a few months. I have lost three stone since I started the show and it's all down to having a healthier lifestyle.
