Los Angeles, May 14 (PTI) Justin Bieber's self-imposed 'fan selfie ban' didn't last long as the pop star posed for a photo with a steakhouse manager.
The "Sorry" superstar was in Boston, Massachusetts on May 10 during a two-night concert stint when he agreed to mug for a snap with a STRIP by Strega restaurant boss.
The photo left many fans puzzled as just a day earlier, after being hounded by the public while out and about, the singer took to Instagram and urged fans to quit pestering him for snaps and selfies during his down time, because it made him feel like a "zoo animal".
Justin defended his no-selfie stance in an exchange with an Instagram follower, insisting he needed to set "boundaries" to prevent the onset of insanity as he struggles to deal with the pressures of fame.
However, the 22-year-old appeared to be in a happier mood after his gig that night, when he headed to the STRIP by Strega restaurant in the Boston Park Plaza Hotel and sat drinking alone at the bar chatting with a bartender.
"He was super nice and chatty with guests," a representative for the restaurant.
"He hung around outside for a little bit, chatting with the managers, then went back in and waved goodbye to everyone, and everyone went crazy.
