New Delhi, May 12 (IANS) Get ready to experience laughter riot this season as comedy creators on Youtube have come together to launch their own individual web series under the initiative "#LaughterGames".
Led by "Only Much Louder", "Culture Machine" and "Arre", the country's top comic groups will launch web series on YouTube to leave you in splits.
The participants in #LaughterGames are SNG Comedy, East India Comedy, Anuvab Pal, Enna Da Rascalas, Random Chikibum, Kenneth Sebastian, Them Boxer Shorts, Arre and Put Chutney.
"There is a massive demand for original digital content in India across genres. We believe #LaughterGames will be first of many digital properties that will provide original content on a consistently scheduled basis," said Ajay Nair, chief operating officer, "Only Much Louder," in a statement.
"#LaughterGames is an affirmation of the coming of age of digital storytelling which has allowed us to commit to long-form digital content," added Sameer Pitalwalla, CEO of "Culture Machine".
