New Delhi, May 4 (IANS) Actress Kalki Koechlin feels Bollywood stories need to be more "realistic and inclusive".
A Special Jury Award went to Kalki at the 63rd National Film Awards for her performance as a young woman afflicted with cerebral palsy in her film "Margarita, With A Straw".
"I think our stories need to be more realistic and more inclusive," Kalki told IANS here.
Asked if she feels men have better roles in the industry, she added: "I don't think it's about men or women having better roles. It's just that we stereotype men and women in their respective roles."
The "Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara" actress will next be seen in a film titled "Waiting". It is directed by Anu Menon and co-produced by Ishka Films and Drishyam Films. Kalki will be seen sharing screen space with veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah.
"Waiting", which also features Suhasini Ratnam, Rajat Kapoor and Arjun Mathur, is set to release in May 13.
