Los Angeles, May 5 (IANS) Singer Adam Lambert says performing with legendary rock band Queen has given him "a great confidence".
The "For your entertainment" hitmaker has praised the concerts he's done with Brian May and Roger Taylor for giving him an "opportunity to make myself known to more people", reports mirror.co.uk.
He said: "(It has given me) a great confidence. Public reaction to the group's concerts (have been) wonderful and the tour gave me the opportunity to make myself known to more people."
Asked if he feels differently performing with a group than solo, he said: "I would not speak of different emotions but of different ways to approach the show."
Lambert even described performing with Queen as "bordering on the ridiculous".
He added: "With the Queen, I have to be really exaggerated, bordering on the ridiculous, even the costumes, because it is the music that requires it, I have to be drawn into the role."
Speaking about the approach to his own tour, he said it allows him to express his "creativity" more.
