Turin, April 30 (IANS) Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri has warned his side against celebrating their Serie A success as they still have the Coppa Italia final to play against heavyweights AC Milan.
"Winning a fifth consecutive Scudetto is a wonderful feeling, especially as it was an extraordinary comeback that began after defeat to Sassuolo on October 28," Allegri was quoted as saying by football-italia.net on Saturday.
"Winning 24 out of 25 games is something remarkable and everyone who worked for this success deserves compliments. Above all Id single out the eight players who did win five in a row."
"There is enthusiasm and euphoria, but we still have another three rounds to go and the Coppa Italia Final. Weve got to stay on our toes, as otherwise it might be difficult to get focus back again."
The coach said he is also keen on resting a few big names before the all important Coppa Italia final on May 21.
On Sunday Juventus will lock horns against Capri in the Serie A.
"The lads have prepared well and tomorrow will be our first game at home as Champions of Italy. Those who need to have a rest will do so, as we must all be fully prepared for the Coppa Italia Final on May 21."
