New Delhi, April 28 (IANS) External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj is likely to be discharged soon, AIIMS said on Thursday, days after she was admitted to the hospital due to chest congestion and fever.
"Sushma Swaraj's health is improving and she continues to be under the doctors's observation. She will be discharged soon," the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) said in a statement.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Sushma Swaraj on Wednesday.
Sushma Swaraj was hospitalised Monday with fever and chest congestion, along with symptoms of pneumonia.
She has been a cardiac patient for long.
