Turin, April 27 (IANS) Italian football champions Juventus' defender Patrice Evra has said he will take a decision on his future as and when his contract nears expiry.
The 34-year-old played a key role in Juventus fifth consecutive Serie A triumph this season. He has made 24 appearances this season.
His contract with the Italian giants runs out at the end of June.
I still havent made a decision on my future, Evra was quoted as saying by football-italia.net on Wednesday.
Ive had two special years with Juve, well meet at the end of the season and then Ill say yes or no.
I must be honest with myself and with Juve. There arent any problems, its a decision that I must make alone.
The French international had previously played for English powerhouse Manchester United, when asked about the similarities between the two clubs, Evra said, In both cases you must respect the history of the club.
Getting a draw here or at United is a drama. This is the difference with the others: the shirt counts.
When you play for Juventus theres so much responsibility. Before talent, you need personality.
