Los Angeles, April 26 (IANS) Rapper Kid Rock's personal assistant Michael Sacha was found dead at the rapper's estate in Nashville. He was 30.
Sacha died after an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) he was driving crashed on Sunday, reports tenneassean.com. According to police, Sacha lost control of the vehicle.
In a statement, Rock said he was "beyond devastated".
"He was a member of our family and one of the greatest young men I have ever had the pleasure to not only work with, but also to become friends with. I know I speak for us all in sharing my deepest condolences to his family. I cannot imagine how they must feel, he posted on his website.
Rock, 45, whose real name is Robert Ritchie, is said to have called for help on Monday morning after finding the body.
Rock added that he had planned to go back to Michigan but was now staying in Tennessee so he can "bring him home to his family".
The "Cowboy" singer said: "RIP Mike. We will never forget you, my friend."
