Havana, April 19 (IANS) The Cuban Communist Party has approved an update of a reform programme for the 2016-2021 period, which was originally approved in 2011.
The update is related to government accountability, foreign direct investment, the introduction of advanced technology, and the improvement of government bodies, among other topics, Xinhua reported.
